Care worthy of your time

Wristwatches should be serviced approximately every five years. For a watch in active use, it's recommended to check its water resistance even more frequently. Also, if there’s any change in how your watch functions, it’s best to have it evaluated by a professional without delay. Every service begins with a free evaluation, which forms the basis for the maintenance actions.

Our watchmakers handle everything from basic services and battery replacements to complex repairs. In all our work, it is essential to us that your watch retains its value for decades to come. We always strive to use original spare parts. We also carry out warranty services for many watch brands.

How to send your watch for service

Ordering service

You can order a free maintenance estimate by filling out the form provided. Our watchmaker will give you a free assessment of the required maintenance and repair actions and instructions for sending in your watch within a few days. If you don’t hear from us, please check your spam folder in case our instructions ended up there, or feel free to contact us again.

Sending your watch

You can send your watch to us via post or courier. We will email you the instructions for sending the watch. You may also bring your watch personally to our workshop in either Helsinki or Hyvinkää, where we can provide an initial estimate while you wait.

Providing and accepting the maintenance estimate

We will send the maintenance estimate via email as soon as we receive your watch, and we may also contact you by phone about the service details. You may either approve or decline the estimate. If you do not approve the service, we will return your watch and charge only the shipping costs. Once you approve the service, we will order any necessary spare parts and service the watch. You can track the service progress via our customer portal.

Once the service is complete, we will send you an invoice. After payment, we will return your watch. If you prefer, you can also pick up your watch and pay for the service on-site.

Sinn Spezialuhren

Sinn Spezialuhren is known for its extremely durable mechanical watches. They are used by pilots, divers, firefighters, emergency physicians, and German police and military special units, such as GSG 9, KSM (Kommando Spezialkräfte der Marine), and the ZUZ (Zentrale Unterstützungsgruppe Zoll) special unit of the central customs support group.

Oris, a Swiss manufacturer of world-renowned mechanical watches, has been known for its quality for over 100 years. Its collections cover motorsports, culture, aviation, and diving. Perhaps that’s why Oris has also been spotted telling time on Agent 007’s wrist.
