Watch Service Finland Oy is an authorized Omega Service Center, but we also represent other quality brands. In addition to servicing and repairing wristwatches, we also restore pocket watches, wall clocks, and table clocks.

We provide warranty service for the following watch brands:

How to send your watch for service

Ordering the service

Fill out the warranty service request. To ensure the smoothest possible handling, please check that all details are correct and all requested fields are completed. You can attach a photo or PDF of the proof of purchase or warranty.

Sending your watch

Once we have received your warranty service request, we will log your watch into our system. We will then provide instructions on how to send your watch to our service center free of charge (the manufacturer covers the shipping costs for warranty service).

Service and return

The typical service time is 14–21 days. If the repair requires spare parts, the service time may be longer.
